Unfailingly nice. Every time. Front desk, courtesy car drivers, mechanics, owners. Bit pricey, but they keep my 18 year old car on the road. I have had every imaginable type of repair done here. Local and convenient, they always help me out, whatever the problem might be.

Needed headlight replacement - some model cars it ain’t just a simple fix folks! In our Jeep Cherokee Limited with Xeon headlight units you have to stand on your head to replace a burnt out lamp. The parts alone to DIY are north of $100. As always, Randy’s schedules online, then communicates frequently via Txts to get approvals on spend and communicate status. Excellent shop.

It frustrate us how something that should be simple no longer is. How something that the driver should be able to do themselves now requires a professional. I am glad you found your service experience easy and our communication met your expectations. Thank you for the kind words about our team.

Avoid This Shop – Overpriced and Unprofessional - it should be zero star. I strongly advise against taking your vehicle to Randy Auto. After giving them a second chance, I can confidently say their business model seems built on price gouging and poor customer service. • Excessive Pricing: My first experience involved brake repairs that were significantly higher than market rates. • Failed Inspections for Profit: I returned for a simple inspection, but they flagged a laundry list of "failures"—many of which were minor issues (like wipers and belts) that they attempted to turn into major, high-cost expenses. • Unprofessional Staff: When I attempted to discuss the necessity of these repairs, the staff was dismissive and completely rude. There is a lack of transparency and respect here. If you value your time and your wallet, take your business elsewhere.

All the items we failed you for are required by the State. You were never failed for belts because those are not inspected as part of the State Inspection. We only performed a State Inspection when you came in. Our records show we have never performed any service other than State Inspections for you. When you came back with your car partially repaired you asked us to work out a deal so you could pass without fixing the remaining safety items. When we told you we follow all State guidelines you left.
