People very nice and clear about estimated time they need the car, office and waiting room very clean. Great that they provided a pick up/drop off service to Millis. Really appreciated their printed recommendation list of “things to do and when”; included small pix and explanations as to what/why of services. Knew I was behind on some, never knew others should be on a to do list… Very happy with the service. Will be returning.

Had suv towed there because AAA recommended them , miss Kaitlin was very unprofessional over the phone and when I brought it up at the shop it wasn’t addressed , needed a radiator replacement, let’s just say the was quote 1.600 for labor outrageous price , end up paying 2.600 with all the added cost ridiculously over charged . Would not recommend this place . They quoted 2.000 plus for tires also without rims they’re nothing but price gougers , don’t bring you car there .

Excellent service. I had to have my car towed to Randy’s. They were very informative of the charges diagnosing my car.. I have been in a car accident previously cost damage to my front end And that is why my car died. They informed me that the insurance company would pay for all the repairs. They could have easily charged me the diagnostic fee plus the cost of fixing the engine however they were very honest and charged me nothing.. I was so impressed with everyone there. They have earned all my future business and I will make a point to tell everybody about them.

I brought my car in yesterday morning with a leaking tire and Randys staff tended to it immediately and also did my inspection sticker very quickly. Customer service was amazing and they did a great job.!
