the team here is the best i’ve ever had!! ashley is fantastic at the desk when u walk in and it’s equally great the whole visit!! they have coffe/snacks, great mechanics/gas help too. ashley is funny, helpful, down to earth yet professional. woman beside i haven’t interacted with but seems great! i love this place, always.. help me when i need it in above timely fashion!! wouldn’t go anywhere else

The gang at Randy's Automotive in Medfield is top notch and they stand behind their work. We had a slow leaking front tire and we set an appointment for the day after I first called. Unfortunately, the day after the work was done we found that the tire was still losing air. Hey, nobody bats 1,000, but I called Randy's and said bring it right down. As soon as I got there they pulled another car down and got us back up and the tire has been perfect ever since. This was the only hiccup I've ever experienced at Randy's, but they did everything I knew they would to get me settled. I still have 100% confidence in the team at Randy's.
