I've left 5-star reviews for Randy's in the past, and today's experience reinforced my assessment of the outstanding service quality there. Scott was on an errand, and Randy had to step in and manage the front office in Scott's absence. Randy hasn't lost a beat, even though he continues to threaten to retire. As for the State Inspection service, it was quick and efficient. That was a necessary but not sufficient reason to give Randy's five stars. So, how do they separate themselves from the pack? The waiting area has free Wi-Fi, and it is clean, well stocked with snacks and coffee, nicely and brightly lit, and every bit as nice as my BMW dealership waiting area. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and responsive to any request you might have.

I've taken 4 of my vehicle here for state inspection (the biggest waste of time in the world for cars less than 3 years old) and while they usually have a wait, the process is smooth and everyone is friendly. They have a nice waiting room with space to set up a laptop and get some work done.
