Staff was professional and cordial. Flat tire was fixed in a reasonable amount of time. Drove to Vermont and back, 300 miles round trip with no problems. Well done!

I was happy that I was able to have someone look at my car late in the afternoon and respond to me that evening with a diagnosis. I was able to get a loaner car and return it after hours so that I didn't need to take time off from work which I appreciated. All the staff are very welcoming, knowledgeable, helpful and responsive.

Brought vehicle in for a synthetic oil change and tire rotation. Randys had the best price around. The scheduling was easy and the car was serviced and ready earlier then promised. Great communication via text on the courtesy Vehicle health check and when vehicle was ready for pickup. My wife (her car) was happy because the car was vacuumed, exterior windows were cleaned (part of Randy's standard service) and the car was returned spotless.
