I had my car delivered to Randy's dead in the water at 5:00 pm Friday. It had a new alternator and battery Monday at 2:00 pm. Repair was consistent with my expectations. The people I dealt with were professional. The work appears to have been excellent. And my car was vacuumed! Couldn't be more pleased.

Love that they do a health/routine check as part of the oil change process, especially given that I needed my tire air pressure adjusted, so it was nice to get that squared away when I needed the oil change anyway instead of needing to pay extra or make two trips to different places. Appreciative that they were able to offer me a ride to and from work so that I could drop my car off before and pick it up during my lunch break. Everybody I spoke to was very friendly and easy to talk to. Overall: great service, great people!
