I recently went in for an oil change. Randys service team was great. Although the length of time it took to have the oil change was quite a bit, they did a complete assessment of my vehicle of both safety concerns, and preventative maintenance.

I had a tire pressure monitor replaced and was totally satisfied with this service. Included in the bill is was a Hazmat Material charge of $32.44 which I felt was excessive for this type of service.

We appreciate you bringing up the concern about the hazardous material charge. Our goal is always to be transparent and fair. The Hazmat fee helps cover the proper handling and disposal of regulated materials used in many services, as required by environmental, State and safety guidelines. It also includes the miscellaneous chemicals, small parts and consumables we use in every job. We break it out and not bury it in our pricing because we believe in full transparency.

Had always heard this guys were cheats, but still gave em a chance for convenience of location, but man was I wrong too. head my word, these people will rip you off and milk you for every penny they can. do not give them your business!
