I needed work done on the power steering on my 2012 Chevy Impala. Another shop had tried several times with no improvement. I cannot say enough positive things about how Randy’s helped me with my car. I blew out a tire from a terrible pot hole on Rt. 109. I had my car towed to Randy’s and I’m so glad I did. They went above and beyond to problem solve the missing wheel lock for my BMW tires. They made many many phone calls to get a new wheel lock delivered to their station so that they could do the work necessary and quickly as I needed my car back within 24 hrs. They did an amazing job. And my car is driving even better than it was before the service. I highly recommend Randy’s. They are so customer-focused and go above and beyond, which is rare in their industry. I was driving on the highway when I had sudden transmission issues, was unable to drive my truck, 2017 GMC Sierra, 71,000 miles. I spoke with Tim and he was able to promptly set up service. My vehicle was serviced by a transmission speacialist and was repaired and ready in 4 days. I needed a loaner and Tim juggled the loaner schedule and although I didn’t have a vehicle the first day, I was given a loaner on day 2. This was appreciated and needed as I had a busy work schedule traveling to various locations. I was updated frequently through text messages as this was the most convenient way for me.
