The people there are professional, courteous & friendly. I do however miss the young man that used to work there. This is the 1st time I felt pressured about having some work done. I called back a couple of weeks later & spoke to someone who explained to me in terms I understood that what the man originally tried to sell me was a filter for the for clean air inside the car. I will eventually get it but it's not a priority for I am on a fixed income. It will improve the air quality inside my vehicle but not effect any issues with driving my car. I WILL CONTINUE using RANDY'S AUTOMOTIVE because the service is SO GOOD.

I am sorry we did not give you a good experience on your visit. Our mission is to educate everyone one their vehicle needs so they can make the best decision for themselves.
