Helped diagnose issue and while I sent car to dealer as it was under warranty. (They asked me to check if covered) they provided great customer service and safe place to wait for a tow and offered ride home if needed. Definitely will come back when done with Warranty period.

It wouldn't be right to charge you for a repair on your Kia Telluride that is covered under your warranty. We always recommend bringing your vehicle to us for its last oil change before it goes out of warranty. This way we can see if anything needs to be addressed before you have to pay for it. I will never bring my car there again!!! I brought my suv in to have the exhaust only, they called me with a quote of $450 & then 2 hrs later they called me & said it would be over $1200 cuz they took the tires off & said it needed rotars & calipers which it doesnt!! I told them to only fix the exhaust that it came in for!! When I picked it up & sounded no better than when I brought it in.

Great service and nice waiting area with a snack bin! All the staff was very nice and prompt in helping me with my car inspection!

Went in for an inspection. They were able to complete right away, and took not even 30 minutes total. Even better however, was the nice waiting room, with snacks, coffee, hot chocolate, wifi, and a TV. Well done!
