I recently bought brand new wheels and tires (not cheap!) and had been dealing with a harsh vibration for over a month. I spent over $500 rebalancing, remounting, and trying to fix the vibrations. I even had to get two new tires from the manufacturer because they were suspected to be out of round. I took my car to 2 other shops and visited 3 times to have the wheels rebalanced and checked out. Even the Chevrolet dealer, after last resort, couldn’t find the issue. They charged me extra money to road force balance but never provided any proof or paperwork, and the issue was still not fixed. Took my car to Randy’s after finding them locally. Ash and Tim were very friendly and I also was able to get a ride to and from my apartment while my wheels were getting fixed. When their first attempt didn’t resolve the issue, I took it back the next day after and they were able to fix the issue free of any extra charge. Thank you to the team at Randy’s! It seems small, but having a huge vibration really took away from my car and I’m relieved it’s finally fixed. :)
