Fast and efficient, have always liked Randy’s for my annual car inspection. Even moving out of Medfield this year, was compelled to return for it this year!!

I've taken 4 of my vehicle here for state inspection (the biggest waste of time in the world for cars less than 3 years old) and while they usually have a wait, the process is smooth and everyone is friendly. They have a nice waiting room with space to set up a laptop and get some work done.

Got a flat tire and Randy’s was super accommodating. They allowed us to bring a tire over from the dealership and held onto car for a few days until we could deliver it. Super responsive and will definitely be back.

My son called today asked for an employee that took great care of us at his old establishment in Norwood. My son was told that “John” no longer worked there. He was then asked what he was calling about. My son told the gentleman “Randy” that he needed new tires & rims. Randy asked him to hold & he would get one of the guys to help him. When the gentleman came back to the phone he told my son that they didn’t need his business. I don’t know how they stay in business being completely rude. Apparently they no longer need customers.

This place is awesome. Quick and reliable service. Everyone very friendly. Cleanest automotive service station I have ever been to. Thank you.

I know when I that both of my cars to be serviced at Randy's - I am getting top notch service along with an unbelievably professional staff. Everyone should be using this service station.
