Randy’s inspection service is efficient and thorough. The personnel are friendly and patiently answer all questions.

I haven't had any work done at Randy's aside from an oil change and a couple of inspections, and, while there have been no issues there, I was struck by how accommodating the front desk staff is. At a recent service, my daughter needed a diaper (which I didn't have), and one of the clerks went to look in his car to see if he had one. He didn't, but I appreciated the thought and effort. After we left, another clerk called me to let me know that I had left one of my daughter's library books in the waiting room. Thank you for the excellent customer service.

I had my car inspected at Randy’s and it was a great experience! The waiting room is super clean and there’s free Wi-Fi snacks and coffee or tea. The staff are all professional and took care of me right away and I was in an out easily and quickly
