Wouldn't take my car anywhere else. I drive 10 miles to have my car serviced. Trustworthy, friendly. My whole family uses Randy's. And they have a really nice waiting room.

Wish I could Give it "Zero" stars. Had a mower he Published on the Internet, Committed to Selling it to me and Before I come down-he undersold it out from me. In retrospect, it shows the character of this establishment. Saving me from a bad purchase. Buyer Beware here!

Brought my Pacifica in because the oil light was on. Asked them to run a diagnostic. They changed the oil and didn't run any diagnostics because the tech didn't see the light was on. I brought it back after the oil light came on again, they put in a new oil pressure switch. 3 days later the oil light came on again. The mechanics working here are either incompetent or lazy, and the prices are far too high for the quality of work they do.

Thank you for your feedback. On your first visit the light was not on so any diagnosis we ran would be inconclusive. We did not want to charge your for theses results. On your second visit we replaced the oil pressure switch. Please contact us so we can diagnose at this for you at no charge.

be aware they over charged you and recommended services and replacements that were not necessary. double check with other places before moving forward.

We strongly believe that preventative maintenance increases the long term health and reliability of a car. Whenever we service a car we inspect the maintenance items and reference the manufactures maintenance recommendations for that mileage. As the vehicle owner it is up to you to decide how much money you want to invest in the vehicle so it fits your needs. I referenced the pictures we took of the maintenance items we recommend. I have been taking my Subaru to Randy's for a few years now and they provide excellent service. The staff is friendly, efficient, and reliable. They are extremely patient in answering questions and provide expert practical advice regarding the options you have with your car. They even offered to give me a complimentary ride to work (I work in Walpole) when the work on my car was extensive. I recently moved from Medfield to Hanover but still plan to take my car to Randy's because I have such a high opinion of their service.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff that does great mechanic work. I've always experienced good service and travel from Quincy to Medfield whenever my car needs any work after bringing it in to Randy's a few years ago to get a second opinion, on an estimate received from Boch Toyota for roughly $6,000 worth of repairs they suggested I needed on my vehicle. Good thing I decided to do that, Randy's couldn't find anything wrong with my car - specifically the transfer case to my 4x4 that Toyota said had something wrong with the electronics & needed to be replaced, the mechanic at Randy's was so nice when he explained that because my vehicle is a manual transmission, the 4x4 is also manually engaged, no electronics involved. My visit that day cost me $0, nothing better than a mechanic you can trust!!

We appreciate how far you travel to come visit us. We know how difficult a commute it is from Quincy. We are glad we were able to help you out that day. Randy's Automotive has been servicing cars for my family for over 20 years. In that time I have never had a poor experience with them. They are thorough and careful in their inspections and repairs. They fairly assess and recommend service but always allow the customer to decide what services are performed and work out a service plan that is best for the own'er's budget and the car's health. When I moved out further East I went to a few other service stations for convenience's sake. One of them did such a bad job that I had to return to Randy's to fix the other mechanics shoddy work. I now continue to use them for all of my car maintenance needs. Also, their gas prices are always reasonable compared to other local pumps, and if you use the Shaw's reward points you can get a great discount. Overall an excellent gas and service station.
