I scheduled an apt for a tire issue about 10 days ago. I set the expectation that I can’t leave the car there all day because of my job and I have 3 kids under 5. I was told it might take an hour to an hour and a half to diagnose the issue. This was all communicated when I booked the appointment. Today was the schedule appointment. After waiting for 2.5 hours I checked and was told they forgot about me. At 3.5 hours I was told I needed new tires. I’m not giving them any more of my time or business, so had them put my spare on. After 4 hours I got my car back. I didn’t feel like a valued customer in any way at all. I live in Medfield. Won’t be recommending anyone over to Randy’s.
We failed. We dropped the ball. There is no excuse for our lack of customer service. Thank you for bringing this to my attention.
