I use Randy's Automotive yesterday for the first time for service. I couldn't have been more impressed. The staff is friendly, competent, and courteous. The work was performed quickly and carefully and they're waiting room puts my home to shame. This was one great stop.

Always professional and courteous. There were times my husband was in the hospital and I never pumped gas. A time when the door to my gas line was frozen and I could not get it open! Someone of the employees stepped up and came to my rescue.

No appointment needed, they attended me and solved the damage my suv had the same day, highly recommended.

Randy's Auto was very great to work with. They were prompt in their feedback to me and in their diagnostic, they made things very clear around what our problems were and what our options were. Stephanie specifically was very great to work with. They let me keep the car there for a little bit while we figured out our options, and overall we were delighted by our experience. On very short notice, Randy's Automotive was able to replace my car's tires. They gave me several options to choose from, all of which were priced competitively. As we agreed on a plan late in the day, and I had many commitments that evening and the following morning, Randy's loaned me a car, free of charge, to use while mine was in their shop. The person who I interacted with, Stephany, was simply a pleasure to deal with, listened to me, and had a calm, trustworthy way about her. Randy's replaced, balanced and aligned my new tires, vacuumed my car and.... I'm not kidding here...gave me a chocolate bar and a handwritten note, thanking me for choosing them. As much as needing 4 new tires isn't the best scenario to find one's self in, Randy's made the whole process easy and pleasant.

Had a slow leak in my tire and brought the car to Randy's because I could trust them. Sure enough, they found a nail and advised that it could be repaired, because of the location of the nail. That saved me a couple of hundred $ (or more if I had to replace more than one so the tread ware would match).

This is my second year experience with Randy’s automotive. I gave this establishment a respectful 5 stars rate. Polite , fast service and professional. Wish you a Happy New Year 2024!!
