I was driving on the highway when I had sudden transmission issues, was unable to drive my truck, 2017 GMC Sierra, 71,000 miles. I spoke with Tim and he was able to promptly set up service. My vehicle was serviced by a transmission speacialist and was repaired and ready in 4 days. I needed a loaner and Tim juggled the loaner schedule and although I didn’t have a vehicle the first day, I was given a loaner on day 2. This was appreciated and needed as I had a busy work schedule traveling to various locations. I was updated frequently through text messages as this was the most convenient way for me. These folks are amazing. I moved out of Medfield in 2017, but I know that if I’m ever completely stumped with a car issue, they’ll get to the bottom of it ASAP and make sure I feel completely comfortable driving it out of their lot. My partner stumped their go-to garage over MLK Day weekend, and Randy’s swooped in and figured it out. I work in the service industry, and they do their job like I aspire to do mine.
