I brought my car here for a state inspection and was in and out within 30 minutes, and on the last day of the month no less! Everyone was very friendly and professional, they even had a comfortable waiting area with refreshments. We will definitely be going here from now on!

Had my car towed here through AAA, I had a flat tire and had never used them before. Their communication is terrible, I had to call them numerous times to find out the status of my vehicle. They tried to take advantage of the pickle I was in with my flat tire by overcharging me to fix a flat tire. Insisted they could only replace all 4 tires not just the one that was damaged. Lied about policies, and tried to squeeze me out of $1400 during covid times when everyone is struggling. Had my car towed out of there ASAP to a garage I trust and was only charged $800. There’s a special place in hell for mechanics who try to overcharge women in tough situations. Funny how their tones changed quickly when I had my boyfriend call instead of myself. Shame on you Randy’s Auto-service, do better!

Unfortunately the tire on your car was unavailable and your vehicle is all wheel drive. In that unfortunate situation you have to replace all four tires on the car. You asked us for a specific brand of tire and that was the brand and price we quoted you. Can you please elaborate on when we were not responsive with our communication or policies? Your boyfriend asked us to deal with him and that was who we were in contact with throughout your visit. We follow all manufacturers guidelines on repairs.

As usual, Randy's is right on the ball. Knew car wouldn't pass inspection (been out of use because of my health problems), but was told what the problem was and made an appointment to have problem rectified. Car is a 2004 Mitsubishi Lancer Raliart (late husband's car) but it has been reliable for me for the 10 years husband has been gone. Only 90+ thousand miles on it, so I guess I will probably keep it. I used AAA to drop my car off rather abruptly at their shop (sorry. Head injury. Wasn't thinking straight) and they not only took it in grace and stride, but replaced the tires within 24 hours and remained in contact with me the whole time. Swift, courteous service. Will be using them again.

I needed work done on the power steering on my 2012 Chevy Impala. Another shop had tried several times with no improvement.
