Friendly service, thorough vehicle inspection. That’s the only positive. They just charged me nearly 2X what the dealership would charge. When mentioning how outrageous the price was, i was offered coupons that reduced the price by 5%. I’m in shock honestly. I will never make this mistake again. You’re much better off going anywhere else, including the dealership. I’ll be updating this post with the dealer quote and their receipt once i have it in hand. Just want to help out anyone considering going here to get something done.

Thank you for your feedback. I wish you brought up these concerns while you were deciding to authorize the repair. Like many industries being impacted by COVID we are struggling to find parts and when we find them the price has significantly increased. We found multiple fuel pumps for considerably more than one we sourced for your vehicle. If you change your mind about wanting to find a compromise let me know.

I called and they told me they couldn’t get me in for an OIL CHANGE until next week. I know for a fact that’s the biggest lie in the world. I’ve been getting my car serviced at different places for 8-10 years at this point, never once has someone said “next week.” Girl on the phone had a little attitude about it, maybe she didn’t like my tone. Who knows. I wasn’t rude over the phone so I didn’t see a reason to give me attitude. I simply asked if there was availability. If they are too busy to squeeze in an oil change, good for them... just extremely unheard of, therefore extremely hard to believe.

Unfortunately we are booked till next week. As people are getting vaccinated they are getting their cars ready to get back on the road. We can get you in any day next week. Please give us a call and ask for Scott. I will am here till 5:00 M-F.
