Took my car to Randy's Automotive for basic service. Very easy drop off and pick up. The team was professional and very communicative about the items I requested and other recommended services. No pressure to do additional work, just factory recommendations and professional observations. Prices were reasonable and everything was outlined in writing before it was done. Owner does not wear a face mask ! Called and spoke to him about why he doesn't wear a mask and he hung up on me. Employees who work there all had masks on and were very polite.

I apologize for not following our COVID face mask policy. I had a lapses in judgement and there is no excuse for that. I really appreciate your concerns.

Visiting the area and needed an oil change. I stopped at Randy's because I didn't feel like getting harassed for extra services at the big chain places. Derick was very friendly and was able to take me in right away. Not only did I get my oil changed but they found that 3 of my tires were badly worn and very dangerous to be driving on. They showed me the pictures of the inside to prove it. They didn't pressure me to buy the tires and get the work done there. They seemed much more concerned with my safety and that I get the tires that I needed anywhere. Great service!
