Poor service and different service when the customer is immigrant

Unfortunately, in order to perform your State required Inspection for Uber and Lift you need a valid State Inspection. Your Massachusetts’s Inspection was not valid because you changed license plates. The Registry’s System flagged us of that so we couldn’t proceed until the State Inspection was performed. The State also no longer prints out Inspections Reports so you need to go online and print them yourself. This is a new change the State made trying to be more green.

When I arrived around 8:30 am, I was pleased to hear that I could get my car inspected right away. Within minutes, the Tech drove my car into the inspection bay to perform the required work. I barely finished my cup of coffee when I was called to the service desk to complete the process. Cudos to the staff for making this effort so complementary! -TWS-

I had a great experience at Randy’s! It had been a while since I had any maintenance performed on my car. The team did a great job providing me with transparent and detailed information about what needed to be done to get it back in shape. Stefany and Ash specifically were incredible. I felt safe and cared for, and the whole process couldn’t have been easier. An added bonus was the ability to use a loaner car while they were working on mine. My car is now running better than it has in years. Overall a great experience!

As usual Randy's didn't disappoint. It was a tall order and they got it done. Getting a candybar and a note of thanks was a nice touch.

Went to Randy's to check on a low tire pressure light on the dash. Very thorough with paperwork and communication on the next steps along with ordering timeline. Have used them before and were quite pleased. Cost is probably the same if I had gone to my car dealership but again, you pay for good mechanics.

I use Randy's Automotive yesterday for the first time for service. I couldn't have been more impressed. The staff is friendly, competent, and courteous. The work was performed quickly and carefully and they're waiting room puts my home to shame. This was one great stop.

Always professional and courteous. There were times my husband was in the hospital and I never pumped gas. A time when the door to my gas line was frozen and I could not get it open! Someone of the employees stepped up and came to my rescue.

No appointment needed, they attended me and solved the damage my suv had the same day, highly recommended.
