HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, We left our Jeep Wrangler for hand brake repair (which was not working and with the arrival of snow would be a risk to park and not be able to count on the brake) and some other parts that needed to be repaired, as well the repair service of the parts. it was done excellent but the brake didn't work being delivered the same way we left it in the mechanics, I could only find that when parking my car at the gym and set the brake, when I got out of the car he came back walking alone because the place was slanted and like not. to stop it he hit another parked car and luckily there was no damage, the owner of the other car came because the alarm went off and we looked to see and had no damage, just the scare, he showed the invoice of the supposed work that we paid to be done and it was not, the other day I lost my work day to go back to the mechanic and show that the brake did not work and left it to be tested, a few hours later they called pick up the car and said the brake was working and they didn't need to do anything to make it happen, as I found it very strange we went to get the car and when I started I tested the brake in front of them to see if the work was done and really was surprised by they because the brake did not work and they were handing me my car once again without having done what it was supposed to be, very angry with the situation but I had already paid over $ 800 just for this work I decided to leave with them again to be solved the problem and then in a few hours they called and said they would have to change more parts for the brake to work, summary I paid over $ 2000 to get it sorted out and neither if I had an apology or discount for the embarrassment I had and my Lost work day that was had in damage $ 250. I really don't want to ever need any more work from them let alone refer someone to them. I am really sad about their lack of professionalism that they did not first detect the real problem and that they did not test the car before calling us to say that the car was ready to be delivered and used safely. The only plus point is that they are really polite and friendly.

When you car was dropped off for the emergency brake not working at all we found frozen actuators. We freed the actuators up for you and that got the emergency brake working. Our tech are gentle with customers vehicles. When applying the emergency brake gently it was working holding. When the emergency brake was applied quickly it failed to work. After researching this problem we found thatJeep had redesigned the emergency brake handle and system for this issue. This is when we contacted our wife and explained what was going on.
