Randy's is hands-down the best auto shop I've had the pleasure to work with in twenty-five years of car-ownership. You can probably find some of their services cheaper elsewhere, but you won't find their reliability or their customer-care.

I had bought gas here and thought the people were nice. So when I needed an oil change and rotation for my Pius, I brought it here. SURPRISE. It cost as much as taking it to the dealers, common in this part of Metrowest by the way. But then they told me I needed two new tires or I would not pass inspection. HUH?
