Our car needed a boatload of routine maintenance and a “what’s that weird sound?” diagnosis after our cross-country move. Victor, Derick and their team were able to diagnose the sound (a broken shock cover), as well as change the oil, transmission fluid, brake fluid, and two shocks in a day with only a day’s notice. The best part of the experience is the software Randy’s uses, which texts you their 59-point inspection and photos of all the inspected items. A great upgrade I haven’t experienced with other shops that really gives you peace of mind that you’re being treated fairly. I highly recommend Randy’s for their competence, friendliness, and aboveboard customer experience.
