I had a problem with a tire, and was able to drive to this business. They were not able to fix the problem immediately, but my car was ready when promised at the price quoted. The associates were all knowledgeable and helpful.

I had my car delivered to Randy's dead in the water at 5:00 pm Friday. It had a new alternator and battery Monday at 2:00 pm. Repair was consistent with my expectations. The people I dealt with were professional. The work appears to have been excellent. And my car was vacuumed! Couldn't be more pleased.

Love that they do a health/routine check as part of the oil change process, especially given that I needed my tire air pressure adjusted, so it was nice to get that squared away when I needed the oil change anyway instead of needing to pay extra or make two trips to different places. Appreciative that they were able to offer me a ride to and from work so that I could drop my car off before and pick it up during my lunch break. Everybody I spoke to was very friendly and easy to talk to. Overall: great service, great people!
