The person that answers the phone is extremely rude I called for a quote and asked a question about my vehicle and he was extremely rude and hung up on me for asking him if he could order the exact parts that I needed because I’m trying to build my show car it was extremely discouraging to have an employee of a shop I’m trying to business with speak to me and that manor I was actually in my vehicle bringing my daughter to school and she heard how mean the guy was to me and question me on why he’s being so mean my daughter is only six years old it’s not nice for people to talk to you in a manner like this when you are just trying to do business I haven’t done business yet but it makes me not want to the guy was extremely arrogant

We strive to provide the highest customer service possible and I’m sorry we failed. We believe in providing accurate estimates and can not do that over the phone. I know this policy can be frustrating at times but it is the only way we can guarantee the accuracy of the estimates. Once we have the vehicle inspected then we can contact our suppliers and find out what parts are available, the accurate price and when the car can be completed. We strive to be transparent and accurate as possible.

Our car needed a boatload of routine maintenance and a “what’s that weird sound?” diagnosis after our cross-country move. Victor, Derick and their team were able to diagnose the sound (a broken shock cover), as well as change the oil, transmission fluid, brake fluid, and two shocks in a day with only a day’s notice. The best part of the experience is the software Randy’s uses, which texts you their 59-point inspection and photos of all the inspected items. A great upgrade I haven’t experienced with other shops that really gives you peace of mind that you’re being treated fairly. I highly recommend Randy’s for their competence, friendliness, and aboveboard customer experience.

Great people and service. I don't have many car issues, but when I do these folks have been very helpful to both me and my significant other. Their facility very comfortable and the customer service is excellent! They are a Sunoco and accept the Sunoco credit card. Highly recommended.

Premium customer service, at a price. Scheduling an appointment for an oil change was super easy and convenient on their website. Not many other mechanics have online scheduling so this was quite a delight. When I arrived, Derrick stated that diagnosing my check engine light might be awhile and that there was a loaner car available if I wanted one. Wow! Even though I didn't need one, this is highly thoughtful. An hour and a half later my car was done. There is a very clean wait room with padded chairs, complimentary snacks, assorted Kuerig coffees, and bottled water. There are also toys and chairs for kids. The synthetic oil change was $80 + $40 diagnostic + $13 in misc fees + $3 tax = $136 for my oil change and to know why my check engine light was on. My questions were thoroughly answered. I was never upsold and prices were announced at the beginning. If you're looking for bare-bone repairs at a minimum price, this ain't it. These guys are a premium mechanic who seem to pride themselves on excellent customer service and it is fair that they charge a premium price.
