I came in for a sticker. Everyone was great from my first phone interaction with Justin to check in and check out (forgot the gentleman name who checked me out, but he gently told another customer that he needed to take care of me since I was waiting🥰). The waiting room was spacious and cleaned. Love the little area for the kiddos! The inspection was done earlier than quoted, which was great. Thank you! I will be back for other services.

This is the first class operation. They were able to see me the day I called and they were able to resolve my issue, their pricing is similar to a regular mini dealership.

They took me the same day I called and "fixed" my problem with the headlight of my 2017 Mini Cooper Hardtop. First class operation.

Charged $65 to put spare tire on. I understand my tire was junk. No problem there ,that was obvious once tire was of car . Not repairable. Repair price was $68. So I'm confused how something that took less than ten minutes cost that much. I also made it very clear twice, when I dropped off car ,then again when got call about tire. That the car was going away in a month. Needless to say this is second gargage I've tried to used as a to support locals being a resident. I went to my mechanic 45 minutes later problem solved with temporary used tire$40 total to get my son's car fixed. There are 2 more garages in medfield. Doubtful I will try them. I will drive the extra 20 minutes.
