I am a first time customer at Randy's and it couldn’t have been a better experience! I’m a teacher and they offer an educator discount which I so appreciated. They were also willing to accommodate my schedule and lend me a car if need be. Everyone was friendly and never pushy about getting me to agree to more services. I only went for a simple oil change and tire rotation, but they also did a complimentary health inspection of my vehicle and gave me honest suggestions about things I could address with my vehicle in the long run for longevity (including pictures and explanations). They definitely have the best pricing I’ve found in the area. I will be coming back and can’t recommend them enough!

Randy's failed my car inspection claiming the emergency brake failed. I asked them what it would cost me to have it fixed there and was told first there's a $167 brake inspection fee. I took it to my mechanic who tested the brake to 1,500 rpm's and the state only requires 1,200 rpm's. Obviously they tried to rip me off. Don't take your car there and make the same mistake I did.

STOP LOOKING FOR A MECHANIC! You found the right one! I moved to Medfield a year ago and have tried others in the area too. Randy's is BY FAR the best one. The level of personal care you will receive here is unmatched. As a family owned business they genuinely care about their customers, and their community. The prices are fair, and they can give you a loaner while your car is being worked, but most of all the people are great! Friendly, honest, responsive, professional, and patient. They will give you all recommended preventative measures without being pushy, which is very rare. They are just so friendly and courteous and professional and knowledgeable. I can't say enough good things about them! (and my kids love the people at Randy's too!) I am so grateful I found them!
