Amazing customer service! I’m a tow truck driver and came to drop a car off during this past winter storm and the wonderful woman at the front desk made sure I left with some hot coffee and a snack for the road! Very friendly and inviting environment, Highly recommend!

I was leaving to go to the gym before work and noticed my tire was low. I managed to get my car to Randy's Automotive in Medfield. They people there were all SO nice.I would not have made it home.... let alone to work without a flat tire. My car was put up on the lift and they found a decking screw in my tire! They patched it up for a such reasonable price and guaranteed it for the life of the tire. I got to wait in an immaculate waiting room with comfy chairs, a tv, a coffee maker snd snacks. Multiple employees offered me snack and a beverage. I got 5 star service and such kindness. Thank you for being the angels that swooped in and saved my day today! I am so very grateful. Poor service and different service when the customer is immigrant

Unfortunately, in order to perform your State required Inspection for Uber and Lift you need a valid State Inspection. Your Massachusetts’s Inspection was not valid because you changed license plates. The Registry’s System flagged us of that so we couldn’t proceed until the State Inspection was performed. The State also no longer prints out Inspections Reports so you need to go online and print them yourself. This is a new change the State made trying to be more green.
