The people there are professional, courteous & friendly. I do however miss the young man that used to work there. This is the 1st time I felt pressured about having some work done. I called back a couple of weeks later & spoke to someone who explained to me in terms I understood that what the man originally tried to sell me was a filter for the for clean air inside the car. I will eventually get it but it's not a priority for I am on a fixed income. It will improve the air quality inside my vehicle but not effect any issues with driving my car. I WILL CONTINUE using RANDY'S AUTOMOTIVE because the service is SO GOOD.

I can’t say enough about the service and staff at Randy’s. My car had multiple issues, and is only two years old. I had a very little time the day I brought the car to be fixed, and not only did they do an amazing job. They did it all in between dropping off and picking up my son from school. Everything was exactly as they told me it would be, I will be returning to Randy’s for all my future repair needs, I highly recommended!
