Always very happy going to Randy's. They never try to sell me anything I don't need. Went for an oil change and asked if anything else needed for my car due to miles. Scott knew I might not be keeping my car. So told me just change my cabin air filter. Since I should know in a month if keeping it. Can decide later what else I want to do. The cleanest waiting room and nicest people!

This is my first review of Randy's Automotive. I went there because I am a fan of John Mancini who was recently hired by Randy's as a service advisor. I had been going to another automotive service center where John was employed for years. That service center closed permanently. However, I am extremely happy that I found John working at Randy's. It is a more perfect union. When you walk into Randy's, everything (and I mean everything) looks like it was set up by a marine. Randy's is the epitome of being organized and clean. You know you are dealing with professionals. As he has done in the past, John explained thoroughly everything that was done on my vehicle and why. The work performed by Randy's employees was impeccable. They even cleaned the inside of the car and the windows. I thought I was a fanatic about my automobile; they exceeded expectations. If you want to deal with honest people who perform work of the highest standards, have your vehicle serviced at Randy's. And definitely see John Mancini.

So glad I found these guys! I have an 8 year old Mazda, and I've been nervous to bring it to a mechanic (or even the dealership) because I don't want to put massive amounts of money into a car with 130,000 miles- especially when I don't even know what it needs in terms of repairs. The guys at Randy's are totally professional, communicative, and knowledgeable- they explained what my car needed and gave me a fair price. Their professionalism and clear communication made me feel confident that they're "on the level"- definitely recommended!
